I absolutely love game day because it’s a great time to enjoy football, fun, and good eats. Let’s be honest, football takes the sideline when it comes to food. I’m always brainstorming about or menu items to prepare for game day. Having foods that everyone can enjoy that offers versatility is always a plus!

I have been on a veggie kick lately. For game day I decided to go to my second home, Publix, because I love their exclusive savings…and I was in the mood for fresh salsa!  I was so happy to find on BOGO! I knew, right then, Super Stuffed Veggie Tacos would be on the menu! Super Stuffed Veggie Tacos are so delicious and they have SCORED well for game day!

Salsa is fun, fresh, and festive! I wanted to share a different twist to everyone’s favorite…”The Taco”. By using I was able to add the creaminess that I would normally get with cheese. These tacos are divine and healthy! If you haven’t tried you are totally missing out! You can also use this Super Salsa as your topping on your ground beef or turkey, chicken, shrimp, or pork stuffed taco!

Items and Ingredients to make Super Stuffed Veggie Tacos:

Old El Paso Taco Dinner Kit
Avocados from Mexico
Red Onion
Black Beans

You can get all of your fresh ingredients and toppings from Publix! I love Fresh Salsa because you can use it for dips, toppings, or the main attraction! It’s very easy to make and will be perfect for all of your game day guests!

We were inspired to Spice Up our Football Thursday, so we decided on Game Day Smoked Mesquite Chicken Wings and Fresh Salsa with Avocado Slices.
