Walt Disney World Marathon

It’s my one year magical marathon anniversary!

One year ago today, I ran my first marathon (26.2 miles) at the most magical place on earth—Walt Disney World! I had no idea what I had gotten myself into, but I knew having Disney part of my experience was the best decision I could have ever made! I’ll never forget the day my pastor said, “Let’s live our lives so big that it couldn’t possibly happen unless God shows up. Keep dreaming.” It was that day that I made up in my mind that I was going to run my first marathon.

Art Runs Disney - Walt Disney World Marathon 2015Disney has brought so much joy into my life along with so many wonderful friends. I can’t wait to pass this joy on to my children (one day). I am a believer! Dreams DO come true! It was that one little seed that was planted in my heart that helped me to achieve my “impossibles”. Through faith and determination I know I can achieve ANYTHING in life.

It all started with a dream and a mouse! I can’t wait to return to the most Magical Place on Earth to do it all over again! You can read my Run Disney 2015 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend Recaps here:
